Mbabane – The Taiwan Technical Mission, in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and the Taiwan–Africa Vegetable Initiative (TAVI), hosted an engaging health education event at Moyeni High School in Mafutseni Inkhundla. The initiative aimed to equip students with the knowledge to lead healthier lives.

The event kicked off with an energetic warm-up session, involving all 325 students. The lively start set the stage for an informative day centered on important health issues affecting young people.

During the session, students learned about key topics including diabetes and hypertension prevention, the dangers of smoking and alcohol, mental health, reproductive health, cervical cancer prevention, and the importance of balanced diets and healthy lifestyles.

The initiative aimed to plant the seeds for healthier choices, helping students gain a better understanding of their bodies and empowering them to make informed decisions for a healthier future.
