ERS names new compliance and revenue heads

Ezulwini – Eswatini Revenue Service (ERS) has named Riccardo Kruger as Head of Compliance and Pearl Muir-Dlamini as Head of Domestic Revenue, with both appointments taking effect on 1 October 2025.

Kruger will be responsible for strengthening stakeholder engagement, encouraging voluntary compliance, and building trust in the country’s tax system. He brings extensive experience in client service strategies and has played a key role in improving the taxpayer experience.

Muir-Dlamini will oversee revenue growth and service delivery enhancements, leading strategic initiatives aimed at advancing ERS’s modernisation efforts.
