Manzini – Minister of Labour and Social Security Phila Buthelezi attended a job expo for persons with disabilities at the Mavuso Trade Centre on Wednesday, where job seekers were given access to employment opportunities and career development services.

The event brought together employers, service providers, and job seekers with disabilities, with a focus on connecting individuals to potential employers and support networks. The job expo formed part of a series of national employment initiatives hosted by the ministry across all four regions of the country.

Minister Buthelezi said the government is working towards an inclusive labour market that allows every citizen, regardless of disability, to have a fair chance to participate in the economy.

The Mavuso event concluded the ministry’s 2025 national career expo campaign, which saw similar events rolled out in other regions earlier this year. The ministry thanked all exhibitors, partners, and job seekers who participated.
