The Ministry of Labour and Social Security has confirmed Eswatini’s participation in a regional workshop aimed at strengthening the voice of SADC Member States at the upcoming International Labour Conference (ILC).

Held under the coordination of the ILO Pretoria Office, the workshop brings together government officials, employers, and workers’ representatives from across Southern Africa to align positions and build influence on global labour policies.

The programme focuses on increasing awareness of international labour standards, upcoming agenda items, and the ILO’s Programme and Budget. Participants are being equipped with the tools needed to engage more effectively in ILC deliberations.
