The Prime Minister said the engagement was aimed at identifying lessons that could help build the capacity and operations of the Eswatini National Petroleum Company.

Dlamini encouraged GNPC to engage directly with ENPC officials to facilitate knowledge and expertise exchange, and to explore areas of mutual interest and potential cooperation.

GNPC welcomed the engagement and indicated that the discussions could lead to a Memorandum of Understanding between the two institutions, which would provide a framework for strategic partnership and cooperation.

GNPC is Ghana’s state-owned national oil company, wholly owned by the Government of Ghana, and is responsible for participating in the exploration, development and production of the country’s petroleum resources, as well as related commercial activities in the sector.
