Siphofaneni police are appealing to the public for help in locating Sboniso Masina, a 29-year-old man from Phuzumoya in the Hlekisa area, who is wanted for rape under the Sexual Offences and Domestic Violence Act of 2018.
Masina is accused of repeatedly raping a 12-year-old female relative from 2024 until April 2026.
