Ministry of labour launches dedicated emails for key services

The Ministry of Labour and Social Security has introduced dedicated email addresses to improve service delivery and communication efficiency. The new emails provide direct access to specialized services, aiming to make it easier for the public and stakeholders to engage with the ministry.

Effective immediately, applicants can send requests to the following addresses:

• Labour compliance certificate applications: labourcompliance@gov.sz
• Trade testing applications: tradetesting@gov.sz
• Requests for Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) inspections: oshinspections@gov.sz

The ministry encourages individuals, businesses, and institutions to use these contacts to streamline their inquiries and service requests.
