Malkerns Town Council has called on all residential property owners to attend a civic education session focused on the new Town Planning Scheme. The session is scheduled for Wednesday, 28 May 2025, starting at 7:30 AM at the Malkerns Country Club.

The council said the meeting will provide residents with important information on how the updated Town Planning Scheme will impact their properties and land use. Property owners are encouraged to engage and learn about the regulations that could affect their land rights and development opportunities.

Residents who want to review the Town Planning Scheme documents ahead of the session can scan the QR code provided by the council or visit the official Malkerns website at www.malkerns.co.sz/keydocuments.

For more details or enquiries, the council can be contacted via phone at 2528 3298/3398 or 7809 7602, and email at enquiries@malkerns.co.sz.
