The Board consists of ten members, split equally between employer and employee representatives. The appointments followed what the ministry described as a transparent and consultative selection process aimed at ensuring fair representation across the public sector.

The employer representatives include Vusi Dlamini, Sammy Dlamini, Bathandwa Hlatshwayo, Phiwayinkhosi Ginindza, and Phetsile Masilela. Employee representatives are Bawinile Ndlovu, Dominic Nxumalo, Nokuthula Dlamini Hlophe, Bonginkosi Msibi, and Nhlanhla Bheki Zwane.

The new team is expected to provide strategic direction and oversight of the Fund, with a key focus on safeguarding the retirement benefits of public servants.
