Manzini – Ten of Eswatini’s leading women farmers received recognition from the Small Enterprises Development Company (SEDCO) after completing an intensive two-day Entrepreneurship Training programme this week.

The programme, aimed at equipping women entrepreneurs with practical business skills, covered areas such as marketing strategies, business planning, costing and pricing, and record keeping. The training is designed to help participants expand their agribusinesses, create employment opportunities, and strengthen community development.

SEDCO’s Chief Executive Officer presented certificates to the participants, praising their dedication, resilience, and innovative approaches to farming. The event showcased the growing role of women in Eswatini’s micro, small and medium enterprise sector, particularly in agriculture.
