MBABANE – Prime Minister Russell Mmiso Dlamini will deliver the opening address at the Eswatini Investment Conference 2025, which is scheduled to take place from Wednesday, 14 May to Thursday, 15 May in Ezulwini.

The two-day event, organised by the Eswatini Investment Promotion Authority (EIPA) under the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Trade, is expected to draw international, regional, and local investors alongside government officials, financiers, and business leaders. It will run under the theme “Creating opportunities for rapid economic transformation.”

The government says the conference is part of a national push to position Eswatini as a leading destination for investment and trade. Delegates will examine opportunities in key sectors such as agriculture, energy, ICT, infrastructure, manufacturing, mining, and tourism.

PM Dlamini, who will open the conference on Wednesday, was appointed to lead government efforts to stimulate economic growth and increase direct investment flows into the country. His keynote address is expected to frame the national development agenda and offer clarity on Eswatini’s strategic priorities for investors.

Other notable speakers include high-ranking policymakers, heads of development institutions, and executives from Eswatini’s financial and business community. Delegates will also take part in plenary sessions and investment showcases aimed at unlocking partnerships and capital inflows.
