MBABANE – A group of professionals, including staff from the Eswatini Civil Aviation Authority (ESWACAA), completed an intensive ISO 9001:2015 training this week, hosted by the Eswatini Standards Authority (SWASA).

The course was designed to equip participants with the necessary skills to implement quality management systems in line with international standards, aimed at improving service consistency and overall organisational performance.

SWASA offers the ISO 9001 training to both public and private institutions as part of its mission to promote standardisation across sectors. The programme is tailored for organisations seeking to improve customer satisfaction, streamline operations, and move towards ISO certification.

The session attracted participants from various industries, with facilitators focusing on principles of quality management, internal audits, and compliance processes.

For updates on upcoming training programmes, SWASA has advised interested parties to contact their offices directly.
